• Your stylist will always review the recommended services and pricing with you before beginning.  
• Base service prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, and/or service complexity.
• Colour and product costs are additional and vary based on the services required to achieve your desired result.  

Our goal at Mod Salon Inc. is to ensure the full satisfaction of all our guests. If for whatever reason you are underwhelmed with your service within 7-days of your original appointment, we will gladly book you in for a complimentary adjustment. Any potential complementary service adjustment is to be guided by the original service/consultation and will be subject to the discretion of Mod Salon Inc.

Cancellation Policy: 

Any appointment scheduled for 2+ hours may be required to provide a credit card to secure the booking. Any hair appointment services cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, to be charged to the credit card on file or added to the price of the guest’s next salon visit. Any services cancelled less than 24 hours from an originally booked appointment time are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. This includes no-shows on the day of any scheduled appointment. If any guest doesn’t show up or makes late changes to their appointment on three consecutive occasions, Mod Salon Inc. has the right to decline pre-booked appointments from that guest in the future. Cancellation policies and related charges may be adjusted and/or waived for unique guest circumstances, at the sole discretion of Mod Salon Inc.
