How our pricing works
We believe a great salon experience starts with clear expectations. Your stylist will discuss your hair goals, recommend an approach, and review the estimated price before beginning. Our four stylist levels (Associate, Advanced, Senior, and Master) reflect experience, training, and guest demand, and give you more flexibility to choose your preferred Kelowna hair stylist with pricing levels that best match your budget.
Base salon service prices reflected below are a starting point for each stylist level. Final pricing depends on hair length, thickness and the complexity of the service you have chosen. Colour and other potential material costs are additional to the listed service price and are based on what will be required to achieve your specific hair goals. The price estimate provided by your stylist will include expected costs for both the service and related materials, if applicable.

Our professional hair and scalp treatments draw from the deep expertise of ORIBE, Davines, and La Biosthétique Paris. Specialized hair treatment options are designed to repair damage, restore moisture, support healthy growth, enhance shine, and/or help extend the life of your colour.

Our commitment
We want every guest to leave feeling confident in both their service and their experience. If for any reason you are underwhelmed with your service, and you let us know within 7 days of your original appointment, we will gladly book you in for a complimentary adjustment.
Complimentary adjustments are intended to address concerns related to the original consultation and service outcome. The eligibility and scope of any complimentary adjustments will be mutually assessed in-person and confirmed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Mod Salon Inc.
Cancellation policy
We value our guests’ time and our team’s time. These policies help us serve everyone fairly and keep appointments running smoothly. Appointments scheduled for two hours or longer may require a credit card to secure the booking.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a $50 fee, charged to the card on file or added to the guest’s next visit. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the estimated service cost. After three consecutive late changes or no-shows, MOD Salon Inc. reserves the right to decline future pre-booked appointments.
Any exceptions made to this policy to accommodate unique guest circumstances will be at the sole discretion of MOD Salon Inc.

This may include professional shampoos, conditioners, treatments, heat protection, styling products, or recommendations for future maintenance visits based on your hair type and goals.
Yes, advance consultations are complimentary and are required for all complex services such as colour corrections and/or hair extensions. This allows us to better understand your goals and complete an estimate of the scope and pricing for the services and results you’re looking to achieve.
Our stylists are always happy to recommend professional hair and beauty products that we believe will work best for your hair type and needs, including shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling products that bring out the best in your hair.
