Cancellation Policy (1): Any appointment scheduled for 2+ hours is required to provide a credit card to secure the booking. Any hair appointment service cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, to be charged to the credit card on file or added to the price of the guest’s next salon visit. Any services cancelled less than 24 hours from originally booked appointment time are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. .This includes no
-shows on the day of any scheduled appointment. If any guest doesn’t show up or makes late changes to their appointment on three consecutive occasions, Mod Salon Inc. has the right to decline pre-booked appointments from that guest in the future.

If for whatever reason you are underwhelmed with your service within 7-days of your original appointment, =we will gladly book you in for a complementary adjustment!
